The Details:

• Our Commitment is key. It’s probably the most important thing that we offer but can’t “sell”.

• Deposits are $500. NON REFUNDABLE to lock in a date.

• RAW files can be purchase separately for $550. This will include a brand new hard drive.

• Live-Streaming will be in HD (720p) or more depending on internet coverage.

• Turn around times are 48 hours for downloadable Full HD (1080p) copy. Peak period may take longer.

• Access to power is required for live-streaming.

• Stable 4G signal is required for live-streaming. If the event is located where there is NO signal, we will film the proceedings and upload it immediately after the event.

• If your event location shows 4G/5G coverage, but we cannot established connection due to issues outside of our control (Telstra / Vodafone network issues or congestion), we will film the proceedings and upload it immediately after the event.

• FULL Payment is required before event date.

• Cancelation of event 2 weeks before the date for ANY REASON will still require 50% of the balance to be paid.

• Covid postponement are free of charge. Given the we are available on the new date.

• Doux reserve the right to use any materials taken by our crew for anything we need promotionally.

• Communication is very important to us. So if you have any troubles at all, or even a simple question, please get in touch!

In the rare event that issues are encountered, we will endeavour to address them at the time. If the issues are not able to be resolved immediately, the service will be re-streamed and available to view as soon as possible following the conclusion of the service.

Experiencing Buffering? We are at the mercy of local Mobile Data Networks for live streaming. Whilst we do use multiple networks to gain a stronger signal, in some cases some buffering may occur due to circumstances beyond our control (network congestions, tower outages etc). A Full HD version of the video will be available on the same link, shortly after the conclusion of the original broadcast. Should there be any known issues, please check back a couple of hours after the original broadcast to watch in glorious Full HD.
